Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we want every customer to receive the correct items in perfect condition. If you receive the wrong item in your order or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item(s)

Once we review your request, we will do everything we reasonably can to make the situation right, which may include sending a replacement item or providing another appropriate solution.

Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.
